The bed was too soft, but I loved the clean rooms.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. our room hadn’t been cleaned upon arrival, the hallways were littered with trash, and the soap dispensers needed filling. Additionally, I found the bed to be incredibly soft, which made for a miserable night's sleep with a backache. Not having any luggage carts available during our stay made handling our bags a real hassle, especially with kids in tow.

Cleanliness issues need addressing!!! Noise levels from other rooms were unbearable at times, disturbing sleep!!! Management should respond faster to guest concerns to avoid frustration!!!

the cleanliness was an absolute joke. my chair had crumbs and dirt, it's like housekeeping doesn’t even exist. i also didn’t get a welcome gift, which would’ve been a lovely touch considering the mess. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. the hotel has potential but woudl ve been nice to feel a bit special, really.

Free Wi-Fi was great, and the outdoor pool was refreshing. Towels are limited though.

my husband and i had an amazing honeymoon at tru by hilton. we were pleasantly surprised by the clean rooms, modern decor, and friendly staff. it definitely exceeded our previous stay in montgomery.

the room didn't have a coffee maker.

The room was really spacious and cozy. I loved the little touches like the comfy pillows and nice toiletries. They have a great outdoor swimming pool and a relaxing lounge area that really made unwinding easy. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊
